Educational Product Manager – Assessments

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation and validation of educational assessments, mock exams, and supplementary materials, ensuring pedagogical integrity, timely delivery, and compliance with institutional standards.

• Organize the yearly production planning for assessments and educational content, establishing timelines, priorities, and workflows in partnership with pedagogical and executive teams.

• Conduct technical and pedagogical evaluations of content, ensuring consistency, curriculum alignment, and high quality of both printed and digital resources.

• Gather and analyze feedback from schools and internal departments, fostering ongoing enhancements in processes, assessments, and educational materials.

• Direct teams and suppliers involved in the editorial, printing, and assessment production chain, guaranteeing operational effectiveness and quality of delivery.

• Oversee the budget, contracts, and performance metrics for the area, emphasizing resource efficiency, compliance, and operational success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed), ideally in Education, Pedagogy, or related disciplines.

• Solid understanding of pedagogy, educational methodologies, and the school environment.

• Experience in educational assessment, production, and review of pedagogical materials.

• Familiarity with editorial workflows and the creation of printed and digital resources.

• Knowledge of educational legislation, including the LDB (Brazilian Education Guidelines and Framework Law), National Curricular Guidelines, and the BNCC (National Common Curricular Base).

• Understanding of Copyright Law and management of educational content.

• Experience with educational solutions and products aimed at the education sector.
