This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• The Educational Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the success of Tutor Me Education by coordinating instructors, monitoring student progress, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Actively assist Tutor Me Education Regional Operations by handling payroll functions and other related activities.
• Provide exceptional academic services to students and their families.
• Function efficiently in a virtual operating environment.
• Uphold Tutor Me Education's operating standards, including people, financial, and academic metrics.
• Ensure the effective delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners.
• Achieve operational excellence standards.
• Offer virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, which includes answering phones, managing daily business data, and coordinating schedules with students and teachers.
• Oversee class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.
• Manage virtual tutoring sessions.
• Monitor the academic progress of all students.
• Assist in ensuring flawless execution of programs and initiatives.
• Manage your own time while adhering to company and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct meetings with partner program directors to assess progress, modify academic plans, and renew enrollments.
• Other responsibilities as required by the business.

• Encourage an atmosphere of open communication with students and parents to facilitate positive and effective conflict resolution.
• Experience with payroll management through ADP payroll provider is preferred.
• Strong time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to organize and successfully manage multiple responsibilities.
• Demonstrates a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Capable of prioritizing and focusing on key objectives, which may shift monthly.
• Effective communication skills in virtual environments.
• Proficient in utilizing various communication mediums, including in-person, phone, and video.
• Ability to cultivate engagement and trust in virtual relationships, whether with customers or team members.
• Excellent team player.
• Learning agility – capable of adapting to changes in the work environment by modifying behaviors as necessary.
• Ability to acquire new skills as needed.
• Proficient in engaging, managing, and nurturing virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners (e.g., local schools).
• Competent in managing remote teachers.
• Self-sufficient and able to work independently.
• High tolerance for ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 2-3 years of progressive career advancement.
• Experience in a virtual operations and team environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
