This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Create and implement professional development programs for district partners across the country.
• Tailor professional development sessions to align with district objectives, subjects, and the stage of rollout.
• Develop the professional development program, which includes a catalog of sessions, resources, delivery standards, and paid engagements.
• Conduct onboarding for newly licensed schools, encompassing teacher training, LMS setup, rostering, and launch assistance.
• Offer essential lifecycle support for accounts.
• Collaborate on activations, camps, mobile studio deployments, and the SoCal Beat Battle.
• Assist in the setup, facilitation, and teardown of on-the-ground events.
• Aid in the delivery and documentation of a corporate-funded career readiness initiative.
• Manage rosters, attendance, and evidence of outcomes.
• Support account executives in adopting the engagement playbook.
• Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with territory managers on seat expansion.
• Monitor delivery, usage, and follow-ups, flagging at-risk accounts early.
• Conduct virtual training, visits to school sites, and hands-on event days.
• Former classroom teacher.
• Preferred experience in music, arts, or Career and Technical Education (CTE).
• Strong familiarity with audio technology, including Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs), audio production, beat-making, and podcasting.
• Established network of relationships within school sites and districts.
• Experience in designing and delivering professional development for school districts.
• Engaging presenter with excellent communication skills, both in virtual settings and in person.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, including some evenings and weekends as required.
• Ability to handle the physical demands of events.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and rostering platforms such as Schoology, Canvas, Google Classroom, Clever, and ClassLink is preferred.
• Knowledge of Visual and Performing Arts (VAPA) and Arts, Media, and Entertainment CTE pathways is a plus.
• Experience in event production is advantageous.
• Basic CRM maintenance skills are a bonus.
