This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assist in the planning and implementation of educational initiatives.

• Organize educational events and create captivating content.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project progress and potential issues.

• Oversee logistics for live educational events, including speaker recruitment and participant coordination.

• Lead workshops and presentations.

• Recruit and manage volunteers and program participants.

• Create and modify educational content in various formats.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance educational programming.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in public health, nonprofit, community service, patient advocacy, or similar environments.

• Proven experience in facilitating presentations, workshops, or educational programs for a variety of audiences.

• Knowledge of program development and execution, with a track record of meeting deadlines.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.

• Proven capability to foster positive relationships and collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proficiency in Zoom and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms (AI tools, Canva, and Monday.com).

• Bilingual proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is highly preferred.
