This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Assist in project work streams by utilizing analytical tools, established methodologies, and innovative modeling techniques to execute comprehensive, data-driven financial aid strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with client personnel and senior engagement teams.
• Provide valuable analysis that supports institutional decision-making processes.
• Work alongside experienced consultants and analysts, gaining insights into financial aid modeling, econometric tools, and strategic enrollment management.
• Current authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in consulting, higher education, or a related field.
• Strong analytical reasoning abilities, including proficiency in Excel or other analytic tools.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, as well as visual.
• Experience in financial aid, admissions, enrollment management, or institutional research is preferred.
• Familiarity with statistical tools or programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL is advantageous.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
• Comfortable utilizing emerging AI tools to enhance efficiency, strengthen analysis, support research, and improve communication.
