Education Program Manager

📋 Description

• Establish and execute learning initiatives that engage thousands of learners while fostering client loyalty, satisfaction, and success.

• Collaborate closely with existing or prospective clients to establish clear KPIs, success metrics, and deliverables, while identifying steps for ongoing enhancement of their learning outcomes.

• Provide clients with reports on the effectiveness of learning programs to drive results, secure renewals, and help expand accounts, consistently monitoring learning KPIs and account strategies to ensure timely renewals.

• Anticipate and address issues swiftly with innovative solutions.

• Share best practices with team members to guarantee effective design and delivery of language training.

• Offer project management expertise and guidance to Sales teams during proposals and negotiations.

• Be open to traveling approximately 30-50% of the time to meet clients on-site.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in K-12 education, especially within the public sector, is highly advantageous.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Proficiency in the local language and excellent command of English.

• Strong interpersonal skills, influencing capabilities, and a commanding presence.

• Proven project management skills.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in education, public policy/management, international relations, economics, or a related field is preferred.

• Comfortable utilizing technology platforms such as Salesforce.
