This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +11 more states.
• Provides logistical, planning, and administrative assistance for both international and domestic USP Education courses.
• Coordinates the development of USP Education courses and other special projects while keeping the Manager and Sr. Director, USP Education informed of progress.
• Develops, monitors, and manages comprehensive project plans for various projects.
• Oversees and manages the instructor qualification process.
• Regularly communicates project status updates to internal stakeholders and vendors/consultants.
• Proactively identifies challenges, brings them to the attention of project sponsors, and collaborates on resolutions.
• Routes materials for approval as necessary.
• Prepares purchase orders and contracts/statements of work, securing required USP signatures and distributing copies of fully executed contracts to all involved parties for outsourced work.
• Maintains a tracker for purchase order expenditures, expenses related to the purchase orders, and revenue generated from the Learning Management System (LMS), along with course evaluation data.
• Oversees the course catalog data in conjunction with ongoing content development initiatives.
• Manages logistical arrangements for external courses.
• Provides support for USP Education course registration for webinars and courses in the European region and other international areas.
• Moderates live online sessions and classroom courses.
• Edits recorded webinars and webcast videos for on-demand offerings.
• Assists the Manager of USP Education Operations in producing course training materials, ensuring high quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Addresses customer inquiries and issues while monitoring the USP Education phone/voicemail and email inbox.
• Delivers final course evaluation summary reports to instructors, content developers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and USP Education staff.
• Manages the evaluation review process with the USP Education team.
• Tracks course requests for existing and potential new courses.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
• At least three years of pertinent experience.
• Knowledge of adult (science-based) educational programs and the processes by which health science organizations and associations develop, coordinate, and manage such programs is highly preferred.
• Experience with the Cornerstone OnDemand LMS platform, or similar LMS platforms, is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premier Pro is highly preferred.
• Skilled in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in creating content using Articulate RISE is preferred.
• Familiarity with HTML coding is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and the ability to review and update translations is preferred.
• Experience with Planview is preferred.
• Familiarity with software programs for managing contracts and invoices is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry is preferred.
