Education Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage with prospective customers, including high school students and their parents across various markets.

• Conduct sales presentations and virtual meetings to highlight the services offered by Indigo Research.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.

• Address inquiries, provide detailed product information, propose tailored research solutions, and offer exceptional customer service.

• Achieve and surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress utilizing CRM software.

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales strategies and marketing campaigns as well as product offerings.

• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving needs of high school students and educators.

• Provide valuable market insights to the marketing team for ongoing enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sales or a business/education-related field.

• Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in selling services to the education sector or similar target audiences.

• Self-driven and motivated by targets.

• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Proactive and persistent in pursuing leads and converting them into customers.

• Proficient with technology, virtual communication tools, and remote sales processes.

• Ability to adapt to various markets and creatively approach sales strategies.

• Strong persuasive communication skills, with confidence and empathy in cross-cultural interactions.

• Familiarity with the high school education system and the academic challenges faced by students is advantageous.

• Experience with Salesforce and Groove is a plus.
