This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist the Director of Marketing and the Focusrite Group Professional team in developing and assessing an educational marketing strategy and plan.

• Develop education market campaigns that are monitored against established KPIs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, in collaboration with various marketing teams.

• Conduct research and maintain the yearly EDU calendar for both digital and in-person events.

• Organize exhibition plans for selected events, with occasional participation as necessary.

• Plan, promote, produce, and evaluate Focusrite Group Education and B2B webinars.

• Review and negotiate sponsorships and donation requests for educational events.

• Oversee project management from inception to completion for EDU and D2C Expert Guides and case studies.

• Research and secure advertising placements to bolster marketing campaigns.

• Manage the coordination of educational and marketing communications for Americas dealers/distributors and integrators.

• Support the Focusrite Group Professional team in the planning and execution of EDU and B2B events.

• Coordinate and arrange the shipment of demo equipment to ensure prompt delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a marketing position, ideally within a campaign development team.

• A genuine enthusiasm for building a career in the education marketing sector.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Experience with NetSuite and Microsoft Teams.

• Outstanding organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• A strong sense of personal accountability; you consistently follow through on tasks.

• Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous tasks without compromising accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Some experience in creating on-brand, professionally voiced marketing copy.

• A self-starter with a positive, team-oriented mindset.

• Capability to adapt swiftly and maintain composure when priorities change.

• Any experience in event coordination, logistics, or a similarly process-oriented role is a plus.
