This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee, create, and provide continuing education (CE) seminars for title agents, clients, and company staff across Florida.
• Develop, execute, and sustain online training initiatives, which include Florida Learning Center courses and CE credit opportunities.
• Partner with state, regional, and field leadership to assess training requirements and craft educational content for both in-person and virtual formats.
• Produce, revise, and manage course materials that encompass current topics in real estate and title insurance.
• Arrange for speakers, manage logistics, and ensure the effective delivery of seminars and training sessions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in Florida and national real estate and title insurance industries.
• Act as an informed resource on Florida real estate law, providing educational insights and clarifications to agents and company staff.
• Address inquiries related to legal and regulatory matters to foster understanding and compliance.
• Evaluate legal documents for educational and training purposes, such as deeds, mortgages, lien waivers, surveys, court orders, and associated instruments.
• Track state and federal legal and regulatory changes that affect real estate and title insurance.
• Incorporate relevant legal updates into training materials and educational programs.
• Assist with internal education regarding compliance standards and best practices.
• Contribute to company growth by improving education and training offerings that provide value to agents and clients.
• Represent the company at industry gatherings, trade associations, and bar programs through educational presentations.
• Provide instruction on legal, regulatory, and industry subjects at conferences and seminars.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management to support educational, training, and organizational development initiatives.
• Juris Doctor (JD) with an active license to practice law (Florida preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or title insurance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Florida real estate law and associated regulatory frameworks.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with the capacity to engage professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of the title industry, social media platforms, digital marketing, and best practices in content creation.
• Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and instructional design abilities.
• Capability to simplify intricate concepts and present them in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, GoToWebinar), Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and curriculum development.
• Comfortable using technology platforms and training users with varying levels of skill.
