This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Evaluating various types of content with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper spelling, grammar, and usability of digital assets.

• Making minor modifications to deliverables, including the editing of storyboards.

• Conducting functional testing of digital assets.

• Collaborating with the Lead ID to maintain consistency across all deliverables.

• Ensuring precision and compliance with client and agency style across a range of deliverable types.

• Verifying all pertinent information, ensuring that cited sources are suitable and content accurately reflects the information provided.

• Substantively editing materials to enhance language quality and information flow.

• Assisting in linking assets as part of the MLR review process.

• 8-12 years of experience in an editorial or QC Specialist role.

• Demonstrated experience in editing within the pharmaceutical or medical sector is highly preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Writing, English, Journalism, or Education, or equivalent experience.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy; a high level of dedication to outstanding work quality.

• Ability to balance speed and accuracy in a high-volume review setting.

• Proficient in Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

• Familiarity with medical-legal-regulatory processes (e.g., Veeva, AMA guidelines).

• Capable of proactively addressing concerns.

• Proficiency in following APA Style for referencing deliverables as well as adhering to PDG style guides.

• Enthusiasm for learning and working in a dynamic, innovative, and creative environment.

• Ability to present a portfolio of relevant writing or instructional design samples.

• Experience in validating clinical references.
