• Take charge of Typeform’s editorial roadmap and calendar, encompassing newsletters, blogs, reports, thought leadership, and long-form storytelling.
• Direct editorial strategy for campaigns, product narratives, research content, and executive thought leadership.
• Serve as the primary editor and final quality reviewer for significant written content across the organization.
• Transform complex ideas, data, and product narratives into clear, engaging, and distinctive stories.
• Set editorial standards, workflows, and review processes that enhance consistency and scalability.
• Oversee freelancers, agencies, and external writers, offering direction, feedback, and quality control.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, Product, and Growth teams to ensure aligned storytelling across all channels.
• Assist with SEO and product-led content initiatives as we scale our content production.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable systems for AI-assisted editorial workflows while upholding a high-quality standard.
• Identify storytelling opportunities driven by audience insights, performance data, market trends, and product direction.
• Extensive experience in editorial, content strategy, journalism, brand storytelling, or content marketing roles.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills across long-form content, reports, newsletters, thought leadership, and digital platforms.
• Strong editorial judgment and the capacity to recognize what makes storytelling clear, credible, and compelling.
• Proven experience in shaping narratives for technology, SaaS, AI, product, or B2B audiences.
• Ability to convert technical or product concepts into human-centered stories.
• Experience managing external writers, agencies, or editorial contributors effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and the confidence to partner with senior leaders.
• Comfort in dynamic environments with changing priorities.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows and modern content tools, utilizing them thoughtfully and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
