📋 Description

• Assist in the development and execution of a thorough content strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives.

• Create compelling narratives that foster growth across various business targets such as donors, volunteers, and texters.

• Manage and enhance the email marketing strategy aimed at donors, which entails designing, executing, and optimizing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain supporters.

• Produce captivating content for marketing initiatives, including blogs, articles, videos, social media posts, newsletters, and other multimedia formats.

• Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments like philanthropy, public policy, and research to ensure content is aligned with campaign strategies and organizational goals.

• Incorporate optimized content for search engine visibility and user engagement.

• Track content performance through analysis and refine strategies based on data insights.

• Guarantee that all content is consistent with the organization’s voice, tone, brand, and values.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in content management, including SEO, email marketing, and copywriting.

• Exceptional storytelling skills, with a history of crafting narratives that provoke emotional responses leading to actionable outcomes.

• Proficient in writing for various platforms (emails, social media, websites, print) and adapting tone and style for different audiences (donors, staff, partners, volunteers).

• In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, with the ability to analyze data to enhance campaigns.

• Demonstrated capacity to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines while driving initiatives forward with effective prioritization, follow-through, and meticulous attention to detail in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.

• Practical experience in utilizing analytics and performance data to refine and elevate content.

• Strong editing and proofreading capabilities to ensure the production of high-quality, error-free content.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with a keen eye for detail.
