Content Manager

📋 Description

• Transform approved scripts and video content into various derivative assets, including text posts, images, carousels, stories (including simple video stories), and other formats for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to research topics, generate content ideas, and modify scripts into derivative content formats in both English and Spanish.

• Create content briefs from scripts using PAL's dedicated Claude Project, and collaborate with the Creative Director and Sales & Marketing Director to contribute to brief creation and script proposals.

• Write captions, copy, and calls to action for all content — encompassing both video content produced by contractors and static assets you create — ensuring that all copy aligns with the brand and the firm's messaging framework and CTA strategy.

• Publish content directly on each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), recognizing that each network has unique publishing tools, features, and best practices that scheduling tools may not fully replicate.

• Tailor content to fit each platform's format, dimensions, and audience behavior — rather than merely cross-posting.

• Present the scheduled content plan to the Creative Director for review and approval prior to publishing.

• Coordinate with video contractors to ensure timely receipt of finished assets and their integration into the publishing schedule.

• Implement SEO and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) best practices in static content, captions, descriptions, and blog posts to enhance organic discovery and AI citation positioning.

• Manage content workflows in Asana, ensuring tasks are tracked, deadlines are met, and the production pipeline operates smoothly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluency in both Spanish and English.

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media content management, or a comparable role.

• Strong writing and editing capabilities — able to produce clear, engaging copy in both languages.

• Experience utilizing AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) for content research and creation.

• Proficiency with visual content tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or VistaCreate.

• Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube — with hands-on experience using each platform's native publishing tools and features.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar while consistently meeting deadlines.

• Comfortable working in a project management tool (preferably Asana).
