• Lead discussions with clients to establish objectives, guide decision-making, and confidently present strategic recommendations.
• Take charge of content strategy from the initial concept through to execution, ensuring it aligns with business goals, audience needs, brand voice, and regulatory considerations.
• Conduct research on audiences, industries, and competitive landscapes to inform strategy and daily writing tasks.
• Write, edit, and enhance content across various formats, maintaining high standards for clarity, accuracy, and craftsmanship. Writing is a fundamental aspect of this position.
• Independently manage workstreams, delivering thoughtful, polished results that consistently meet or surpass expectations.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather insights, align on messaging, and integrate feedback throughout iterative review cycles.
• Develop and refine toolkits, templates, and guidelines that facilitate consistent, scalable content delivery.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with clients through proactive communication, sound judgment, and dependable follow-through.
• Work in partnership with AEO/SEO, paid media, design, and development teams to create cohesive, multichannel content campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to enhance content quality, strengthen strategic alignment, and improve our collaboration with clients.
• You are a strategic thinker with over 7 years of experience, including time at a creative or digital agency, leading client-focused projects and developing effective content strategies.
• You possess strong communication skills and are confident in presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• You are a proficient writer and editor, adept at producing polished, impactful content across formats such as articles, webpages, emails, social media, and display ads.
• You bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to every content piece, ensuring alignment with brand voice, business objectives, and audience needs.
• You are a collaborative and confident leader who excels at relationship-building and working with cross-functional teams.
• You are detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
• You effectively manage your time and set priorities while remaining adaptable to evolving client demands.
• Additionally, you may possess some or all of the following skills:
• Expertise in creating presentation decks that clearly convey strategic recommendations.
• Proficient in AEO/SEO research and keyword strategy.
• Comfortable using AI tools in content workflows when appropriate, without compromising quality or editorial judgment.
• Familiarity with UX writing principles and best practices.
• Proficient in Figma and able to collaborate with design teams.
• Eager to craft content that performs well on social media, including through A/B testing.
