• A minimum of 15 years of progressive editorial experience in B2B media, trade publishing, or a closely related content-driven field.
• At least 5 years in an editorial leadership or management position, ideally overseeing multiple brands, verticals, or a large content team.
• Extensive knowledge of the industrial manufacturing sector — including electronics, automation, or related engineering disciplines.
• A genuine editorial perspective — insights on what constitutes a compelling story, what makes content engaging, and what makes a brand worth following.
• Proven success in building an audience through editorial excellence rather than solely relying on SEO tactics.
• Experience with custom content, branded content, or content studio operations: establishing standards, collaborating with clients, and safeguarding editorial integrity while meeting commercial objectives.
• A history of developing editorial talent — you enhance the skills of editors.
• Comfort in commercial environments: able to engage in client discussions, credibly represent the editorial product, and contribute to sales without acting as a salesperson.
• Data literacy: capable of utilizing audience metrics, engagement signals, and content performance data to inform editorial decisions.
• Competitive salary and a flexible remote work environment.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and voluntary benefits.
• A fixed reimbursement for connectivity expenses.
• 401(k) matching to assist in preparing for your future.
• Generous paid time off, including flexible time off, bereavement leave, parental leave, and 13 paid holidays.
