EDI Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Grasp the genuine requirements of customers, suppliers, and colleagues while collaborating with technical teams to transform these needs into feasible deliverables.

• Ensure the provision of quality and value in all services rendered.

• Play a role in standardizing CEF business integrations through a managed service for third-party EDI.

• Assist in the future procurement and deployment of an internal integration platform.

• Oversee the existing EDI/integration landscape and contribute to the envisioned future state.

• Administer and provide customer catalogues, including basic, hosted, and punchout catalogues.

• Facilitate customer onboarding and parameter configuration.

• Support a third-party Van Stock solution.

• Aid in customer reporting solutions.

• Standardize processes for the BI Team to facilitate report generation.

• Offer 3rd-level support for issues raised by the Service Desk.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in implementing and supporting standard EDI technologies, including Tradacoms, EDIFACT, X12, XML, and SFTP.

• Proficient understanding of APIs and custom integration solutions.

• Proven experience in identifying and articulating customer needs, simplifying complex information, and converting it into valuable deliverables.

• Background in working with customers and suppliers.

• Experience in an implementation role or 3rd-level support capacity.

• Skilled in documenting technical processes.
