EDI Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Electronic Data Interchange lifecycle for the company's operations in the Americas and Mexico.

• Oversee daily monitoring of all OEM and trading partner ASN transmissions.

• Identify root causes in SAP IDoc/EDIFACT/X12 mapping issues.

• Collaborate directly with OEM EDI portals and teams from trading partners.

• Spearhead the setup and launch of new EDI connections with suppliers and customers.

• Configure and manage SAP EDI partner profiles effectively.

• Keep an updated EDI status register active.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise with EDI systems for a minimum of 3-5 years (e.g., Axway or Seeburger).

• Comprehensive understanding of ANSI X12 transaction sets: 856 ASN, 862 Ship Schedule, 850/860 PO, 810 Invoice - along with EDIFACT equivalents.

• Proven experience in SAP EDI configuration.

• Acquainted with automotive OEM EDI portals.

• Capability to independently diagnose and resolve EDI issues.

• Strong proficiency in written English.
