This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a link between the intricate technical aspects of EDI/Enrollment and the creation of streamlined workflows that enhance service delivery.
• Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of EDI and Enrollments while refining internal processes to maintain an efficient support system.
• Convert complex technical insights into straightforward client instructions.
• Provide guidance during live client discussions when necessary.
• Facilitate communication between customers and the engineering team.
• Concentrate on improving EDI support workflows and implementing essential processes.
• Report directly to the Senior Manager of CX, EDI, EDU, and SMB/MM BSM.
• Position yourself as a vital contributor within a span of 3 months.
• Develop substantial expertise in EDI/Enrollment subjects over time.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty by identifying and fulfilling each customer's unique requirements.
• Review existing processes to proactively discover opportunities for AI integration to expedite EDI workflows.
• Assist in the creation, review, and prioritization of EDI engineering tickets.
• Undertake responsibilities beyond the outlined job duties as necessary.
• Experience working as a Rehab Clinician, including roles such as SLP, OT, PT, COTA, or PTA.
• Willingness to develop technical expertise in EDI file formats and enrollment processes over time.
• Must possess a highly analytical mindset with an exceptional ability to troubleshoot and test software use cases and issues.
• Proactive and self-driven, with the capability to utilize available resources for quick and independent learning.
• Proven ability to excel in fast-paced work environments that require adaptability and efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects, quickly adjusting priorities, and meeting deadlines while remaining professional.
• Prepared to thrive in a dynamic atmosphere that may occasionally require working beyond regular hours.
• Enthusiastic about establishing effective processes.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• No previous EDI/Enrollment experience is necessary; extensive training will be provided.
• Background in startup or B2B SaaS technology organizations is preferred.
• Experience in any area of clinical development or medical billing operations (such as clinical operations, data management, biostatistics, system management, information management, medical monitoring, RCM follow-up, claim review and submission, etc.)
• Preferably 1-3 years of experience in a Support or CX Team.
• A passion for understanding and learning software is essential.
• Highly motivated to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to occasionally work outside of standard hours.
