This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives by promoting Salesforce solutions to ECS accounts within a designated subset of major clients or vertical markets.
• Oversee the complete sales process to ensure achievement of key performance indicators, focusing on new business sales while also expanding existing client relationships.
• Conduct territory and vertical market research to establish a go-to-market strategy and identify qualified target accounts.
• Develop a sales pipeline through a mix of cold calling, email outreach, and knowledge of market sectors.
• Build and sustain a sales pipeline to ensure surpassing goals within the assigned market sectors.
• Collaborate with prospective organizations to position Salesforce solutions using strategic value-based selling, defining business cases, conducting ROI analysis, and leveraging references and analyst data.
• Handle the entire sales process by engaging the appropriate resources, including Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners.
• Drive short-term results while maintaining a long-term vision to maximize overall revenue generation.
• Regularly update the Salesforce system with precise customer and pipeline information.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts and deliver projected revenue.
• Significant and relevant experience in selling enterprise software solutions acquired from a leading software vendor.
• Proven success in net direct new business sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of meeting targets.
• A distinguished history of exceeding sales goals.
• Established credibility with stakeholders at all levels, including CxO.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Experience in CRM application sales or within specific vertical industry sectors is desirable.
• Strong tenure with past employers is preferred.
