This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Assist in generating a partner-sourced Scale pipeline through scalable partner programs, campaigns, and systematic account mapping efforts.
• Work alongside Scale Account Executives, Field Marketing, and regional sales leaders to incorporate partners into territory planning and demand generation activities.
• Implement repeatable partner-led Scale campaigns tailored to regional territories, which include industry initiatives, account blitzes, and market-specific roadshows.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and perform thorough account mapping with partners to discover new logo prospects and extend First Order reach.
• Develop and nurture programmatic relationships with emerging partners, distributors, longtail partners, and hyperscaler partners like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud, concentrating on new customer acquisition and marketplace transactions.
• Facilitate partner activation programs to enhance contributions across various partners, including hyperscaler co-selling and marketplace acceleration initiatives.
• Implement event-driven partner strategies, which encompass partner alignment before events, lead capture during events, and optimization of pipeline conversion post-events.
• Oversee one-to-many partner engagement through partner portals and automated systems, delivering weekly pipeline forecasts, partner-sourced opportunity reports, and clear insights into campaign performance and territorial impact.
• Proven experience in sales development, business development, or partner-driven pipeline generation within a B2B setting.
• Hands-on knowledge of partner ecosystems, including programmatic partner engagement and demand generation with distributors, longtail partners, and hyperscalers such as AWS and Google Cloud.
• Capability to design, implement, and refine scalable, campaign-driven strategies for demand generation, including 1:many partner engagement and event-driven campaigns.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce and current sales development or marketing automation tools to manage, forecast, and report on partner-sourced pipeline and campaign performance.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign outcomes, partner activation metrics, and territorial effects, transforming insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, emphasizing clear, repeatable messaging and collaboration with account executives, field marketing, and regional sales leadership.
• Genuine interest in GitLab, open source software, and modern software development methodologies, along with the capability to learn and utilize GitLab and associated tools.
• Willingness to travel for partner events and field collaboration, while applying transferable skills from related sales, partner, or digital marketing roles in a remote, results-driven environment.
