Ecosystem Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.

📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive research on Mantle, its ecosystem partners, as well as the wider crypto, AI, and financial markets.

• Detect emerging trends promptly and convert them into actionable insights.

• Create narrative-driven research specifically designed for crypto-savvy audiences.

• Represent Mantle at industry conferences and transform interactions into meaningful relationships.

• Utilize networks within the crypto, AI, and developer ecosystems to enhance visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in crypto, Web3, or technology ecosystems (in roles related to community, research, marketing, or growth).

• Strong comprehension of crypto culture and emerging narratives such as Real World Assets (RWA), AI, etc.

• Capability to conduct lightweight research and convey insights into clear, well-crafted content or commentary for crypto-oriented audiences.

• Comfortable participating in both online and offline ecosystem environments, including events, meetups, and community gatherings.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with founders, builders, and ecosystem stakeholders and to follow up on significant connections.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences (community members, builders, partners).

• Self-motivated and dependable in fulfilling responsibilities in a fast-paced, part-time, distributed setting.
