📋 Description

• Manage Solflare's presence on X to cultivate a unique and trustworthy voice within the Solana ecosystem.

• Create daily posts, threads, memes, and real-time reactions to maintain Solflare's relevance in Crypto Twitter discussions.

• Develop strategic reply approaches that enhance community relationships rather than just responding to notifications.

• Interact with partners through quote reposts, dialogues, and collaborative campaigns to broaden Solflare's influence within the ecosystem.

• Implement engaging social coverage on launch days that transform product releases into memorable interactions with the community.

• Keep an eye on competitors, ecosystem news, and emerging trends to spot opportunities before they gain traction.

• Foster genuine relationships with creators, founders, and communities throughout the Solana ecosystem.

• Incorporate crypto culture, memes, and trends into content that resonates while remaining aligned with the Solflare brand.

• Produce straightforward product tutorials and walkthroughs that assist users in maximizing their experience with the Solflare app.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Design to ensure that every campaign is accurate, engaging, and prioritizes the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in content creation and social media management for crypto companies or Web3 brands.

• In-depth understanding of Crypto Twitter, including its culture, key figures, humor, and unwritten rules.

• Strong familiarity with the Solana ecosystem, including its products, developers, and communities.

• Outstanding writing skills, capable of producing engaging content swiftly without compromising quality.

• Proven experience in community growth through dialogue rather than merely broadcasting announcements.

• Comfortable presenting on camera and producing educational or socially-focused video content.

• Excellent organizational abilities, adept at managing multiple conversations and campaigns concurrently.

• A genuine enthusiasm for crypto and a commitment to staying informed about daily developments.
