📋 Description

• Manage Solflare's presence on X to cultivate a unique and trustworthy voice within the Solana ecosystem.

• Create daily content including posts, threads, memes, and real-time reactions to ensure Solflare remains a key player in Crypto Twitter discussions.

• Formulate strategic replies that enhance community relationships rather than just responding to notifications.

• Collaborate with partners through quoted reposts, discussions, and joint campaigns to broaden Solflare's impact within the ecosystem.

• Implement social media coverage on launch days to transform product releases into memorable experiences for the community.

• Keep an eye on competitors, ecosystem developments, and emerging trends to seize opportunities before they gain traction.

• Forge genuine connections with creators, founders, and communities throughout the Solana ecosystem.

• Integrate crypto culture, memes, and trends into content that resonates while remaining true to the Solflare identity.

• Produce straightforward product tutorials and walkthroughs that assist users in maximizing their experience with the Solflare app.

• Work closely with Product Marketing and Design teams to ensure that every campaign is accurate, engaging, and focused on the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in content creation and social media management for crypto companies or Web3 brands.

• In-depth knowledge of Crypto Twitter, including its culture, key figures, humor, and unwritten rules.

• Strong comprehension of the Solana ecosystem and its products, developers, and communities.

• Outstanding writing abilities with a knack for generating captivating content quickly without compromising quality.

• Proven experience in community growth through engagement, rather than merely broadcasting updates.

• Comfortable presenting on camera and producing educational or social-first video content.

• Superb organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple conversations and campaigns simultaneously.

• A sincere enthusiasm for crypto and staying updated on daily developments.
