Ecommerce Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Ensure reliable daily functionality of platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, analytics tools, GTM, product feeds, and consent tools.

• Quickly troubleshoot issues and prevent recurrence of problems.

• Collaborate with third-party technology partners as needed.

• Support day-to-day ecommerce operations and the rollout of new projects.

• Take ownership of tagging, tracking, and attribution to ensure trustworthy reporting.

• Maintain high-quality customer and product data across all channels, overseeing experimentation and testing tools.

• Enhance personalization, targeting, and performance measurement.

• Establish clear guidelines and structure for tools such as GTM, cookies, and consent management.

• Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and governance standards while protecting customer data.

• Keep documentation clear, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

• Ensure the website's technical foundation supports a fast, reliable, and campaign-ready customer experience.

• Facilitate content updates related to product launches and marketing activities.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to enable necessary content updates for product launches and marketing activities.

• Evaluate and enhance the impact of technology on the end-to-end customer journey.

• Knowledge of privacy, consent, and responsible data practices.

• Preferred platform knowledge includes Shopify, Klaviyo, Google ecosystem, Akeneo, and OneTrust.
