This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the technical sales process, partnering with the Account Executive on deal strategy in a 50/50 capacity.
• Proven track record in selling to enterprise clients, with the capability to engage both business and technology leadership teams.
• Skilled in conducting discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and the associated business value of addressing those use cases.
• In-depth understanding of the commerce ecosystem, including omni-channel commerce and the supporting technology landscape.
• Excellent communication abilities, including the capacity to comprehend complex technologies and articulate technology discussions into business outcomes for stakeholders.
• Proficient in enterprise architectures (such as ERPs like SAP, iPaaS, APIs, EDI), order management systems, or commerce systems, selling channels, NetSuite, and integrations.
• Capable of balancing hands-on technical tasks, presentations, and process deliverables effectively.
• Comfortable maneuvering through complex organizations and influencing key decision-makers.
• Collaborative, strategic thinker with a curious mindset, eager to partner with Account Executives to secure deals while ensuring customer confidence in Pipe17’s solutions.
