This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement and evaluate the customer experience for online events, promotions, and product launches to enhance traffic, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
• Take charge of creating seasonal gift guides and curated shops, utilizing both data and merchant suggestions to boost discoverability, customer interaction, and revenue.
• Assist in quarterly updates to global site taxonomy and refinements to guarantee effective execution on the site.
• Manage inventory levels to modify product placements according to availability and sales trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Buying, Marketing, Creative) to ensure precise and timely content delivery.
• Ensure the correct setup and visibility of essential digital services, such as Digital Stylists, across various site touchpoints, while tracking customer engagement.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on site performance, product insights, method trends, and merchandising effectiveness.
• Leverage data insights to propose enhancements for product presentation and overall site performance.
• Assist in compiling key KPIs for promotional events to evaluate performance drivers against the plan and last year's benchmarks.
• Contribute to the development of comprehensive recaps of live events to drive recommendations for immediate performance improvements and post-event summaries to highlight key insights.
• Create and sustain monthly navigation performance reports.
• Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze outcomes to guide future site navigation strategies.
• Identify and collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve any site navigation or Salesforce Commerce Cloud setup issues that may occur.
• Aid in identifying and resolving any on-site errors, broken links, or customer experience challenges.
• Monitor competitor websites for promotional marketing, merchandising trends, and UX improvement opportunities.
• Consult with and partner with various internal teams to streamline processes, uncover opportunities, and implement best practices and governance for site setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or the fashion industry.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Adobe Analytics) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud is advantageous.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
