This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take complete control of e-commerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and additional marketplaces.
• Be responsible for revenue performance and pinpoint opportunities to enhance sales and improve profit margins.
• Oversee forecasting and inventory planning to guarantee product availability and optimal stock levels.
• Convert demand into precise production and replenishment requirements for Kira Labs.
• Ensure precise inventory tracking across all systems, including Amazon, Shopify, Sellerboard, and internal records.
• Manage the product catalog, which includes listings, content, pricing, bundles, and positioning.
• Continuously enhance listings for conversion rates, visibility, and overall performance.
• Conduct regular SKU-level evaluations to identify products to scale, optimize, or phase out.
• Align inventory and forecasting choices with manufacturing limitations such as batch sizes and minimum order quantities.
• Oversee promotional planning and ensure it aligns with inventory and revenue objectives.
• Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies within e-commerce workflows.
• Lead the implementation and adoption of tools like Sellerboard and other automation systems.
• Maintain and supervise centralized data sources (Google Sheets, dashboards) for forecasting and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure synchronization between inventory, purchase orders, and QuickBooks.
• Support the integration of systems across e-commerce, operations, and finance.
• Be responsible for documenting processes, SOPs, and training materials.
• Provide transparent reporting and visibility into performance, inventory, and growth initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, operations, and leadership to influence strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated experience managing comprehensive e-commerce operations (Amazon and Shopify are essential).
• Strong grasp of both the growth and operational aspects of e-commerce (performance and supply chain).
• Experience in owning revenue performance rather than just execution.
• Practical experience with tools such as Sellerboard, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Familiarity with inventory planning, forecasting, and manufacturing constraints.
• Experience with financial systems like QuickBooks and a solid understanding of COGS, margins, and P&L.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for converting data into actionable decisions.
• Capable of operating both strategically and in hands-on execution.
• Experience in building or refining processes in unstructured environments.
• Strong ownership mentality with the ability to lead without constant supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across functions.
• Ability to work in a time zone compatible with US operations.
• Remote work from Monday to Friday.
• Standard work hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST.
