ECommerce Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main Sales resource for Sales Operations across all web and ECommerce platforms.

• Assist in the expansion and development of the business through ECommerce channels.

• Collaborate with Sales teams and clients to encourage the adoption and effective use of applications.

• Conduct analysis of client requirements to understand their business needs.

• Manage walkthroughs and address any troubleshooting issues.

• Identify opportunities within client accounts.

• Enhance awareness and knowledge of web and ECommerce solutions.

• Design, fund, and execute training programs.

• Liaise with internal departments regarding company-wide initiatives.

• Generate and utilize reports to achieve sales objectives.

• Drive web and ECommerce opportunities.

• Review and modify processes as required.

• Carry out any additional tasks or special projects as assigned.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level.

• Familiarity with basic virtual meeting software.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to internalize and comprehend system logic and processes.

• Strong presentation skills and capability to sell solutions.

• Understanding of standard purchasing processes and workflows.

• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

• Flexible and capable of transitioning between tasks efficiently.
