Ecommerce, Marketing and Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Upload new products, including images, descriptions, pricing, variants, and inventory.

• Manage product pages, collections, navigation, and search filters.

• Refresh homepage banners, promotional pages, and landing pages.

• Perform light theme modifications using Liquid, HTML, and CSS.

• Set up and oversee Shopify applications and third-party integrations.

• Conduct audits on site performance, identify broken links, and address basic SEO requirements.

• Resolve store-related issues and collaborate with our developer on larger projects.

• Maintain the integrity of product master data, SKUs, and bill of materials within Cin7.

• Ensure inventory accuracy, manage stock adjustments, and monitor reorder points.

• Configure and troubleshoot the integration between Shopify, Cin7, and A2X.

• Create and refine reports for the General Manager and Sales Manager.

• Discover opportunities to automate processes or enhance workflows across our technology stack.

• Assist the bookkeeping team with data reconciliation across various systems.

• Plan, create, and schedule end-to-end EDM campaigns (including segmentation, copy, design, sending, and reporting).

• Schedule and share organic social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook using Meta Business Suite.

• Compose SEO-friendly product descriptions and landing page content.

• Develop landing pages for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches.

• Design graphic assets in Canva (for EDM headers, social media tiles, gift cards, product flyers, and sales collateral).

• Oversee print orders through VistaPrint and other suppliers.

• Set up, monitor, and report on Meta and Google Ads campaigns (in collaboration with our agency or internal lead).

• Analyze campaign performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and suggest enhancements.

• Uphold brand consistency across all customer interactions.

• Manage customer data within HubSpot (including deduplication, tagging, segmentation, and list hygiene).

• Create and oversee marketing workflows, automations, and lead nurturing sequences.

• Support the cleanliness and reporting of the sales pipeline.

• Develop dashboards and reports for the sales and marketing teams.

• Address customer inquiries through inbox, phone, and live chat during peak periods.

• Process orders for Create Your Own (CYO) custom gift boxes.

• Provide quotes and follow up on pending proposals.

• Quickly and professionally resolve product and delivery issues.

• Keep accurate notes in HubSpot for each interaction.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of three years of experience in an ecommerce environment, with practical Shopify knowledge.

• Proven experience in marketing execution (EDM, social media, landing pages, reporting).

• Experience with Cin7 (or strong familiarity with a similar ERP such as NetSuite, Unleashed, or DEAR).

• Proficient in configuring integrations between ecommerce platforms, ERPs, and accounting systems.

• Working knowledge of HubSpot, encompassing workflows and reporting capabilities.

• Strong skills in Canva, coupled with an eye for design and brand consistency.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic Liquid for Shopify theme modifications.

• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1 level preferred); strong copywriting skills.

• High attention to detail; you ensure there are no typos and meticulously check your work.

• A self-starter who excels in an environment with minimal supervision.

• Access to reliable internet, backup power, and a quiet home office.

• Comfortable working during Australian Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Experience with Klaviyo for EDM is desirable.

• Experience in managing or supporting Meta and Google Ads campaigns is preferred.

• Previous experience supporting an Australian-based business is a plus.

• B2B customer service or account management experience is advantageous.

• Graphic design experience beyond Canva (such as Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
