This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of the performance for DTC and Amazon, overseeing P&L responsibilities and achieving KPIs related to sales, margin, traffic, and conversion.
• Manage all facets of ecommerce operations, including product listings, inventory accuracy, site merchandising, promotional strategies, and customer experience.
• Use Shopify or Shopify Plus to continuously enhance the entire digital journey, from product discovery to checkout and post-purchase interactions.
• Supervise the Amazon agency partner, taking responsibility for Amazon's performance, profitability, and growth.
• Drive the strategic advancement of onsite UX/UI improvements based on user behavior insights, ensuring seamless navigation and optimized conversion rates.
• Utilize advanced analytics and customer insights to foster growth, optimize performance, and enhance ROI across digital channels.
• Develop and implement a testing roadmap, spearheading A/B testing and multivariate testing to uncover impactful enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with digital marketing to align ecommerce promotions with both paid and organic campaigns, in line with overarching brand objectives.
• Work alongside CRM and retention teams to formulate lifecycle marketing strategies using platforms like Klaviyo to boost LTV and customer loyalty.
• Cultivate relationships with external vendors and agencies (SEO, development, UX/UI) to ensure timely and cost-efficient project execution.
• Remain informed about digital trends, new tools, and emerging technologies to keep Sculpted by Aimee at the cutting edge of ecommerce innovation.
• Explore new revenue opportunities, including international expansion, marketplaces, and D2C enhancements.
• Lead, mentor, and nurture junior ecommerce team members as the department evolves.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related discipline.
• 4 to 5 years of ecommerce experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior or strategic leadership capacity.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, including its apps, customization, and performance optimization capabilities.
• Proven success in growing D2C revenue, enhancing conversion rates, and optimizing the ecommerce funnel from end to end.
• Comprehensive understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, HotJar, Elevar, and data platforms for actionable insights.
• Established record in building and executing testing frameworks (A/B testing, user testing, funnel analysis).
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for segmentation, automation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional project management skills, capable of juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, CRO, paid media) and their connection to ecommerce performance.
• Experience with Shopify POS and omni-channel strategies is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
