
eCommerce Manager – Salesforce Commerce Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, launch, and enhance digital marketing campaigns utilizing Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM data.
• Create and oversee campaign automations to effectively target, nurture, and convert customers through all phases of the buyer journey.
• Partner with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager on strategy development and execution for campaigns.
• Maintain product listings, visuals, descriptions, and on-site content within Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Continuously update site structure and imagery in response to product launches, seasonal changes, and marketing priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to integrate SEO, paid media, and social campaigns to enhance digital sales and on-site engagement.
• Ensure that the eCommerce platform delivers a smooth and intuitive shopping experience.
• Monitor customer feedback and site analytics to discover areas for improvement.
• Track and report key metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) related to campaigns and site activities.
• Act as the primary regional point-of-contact for eCommerce, providing support to commercial, marketing, and product teams.
• Introduce innovative ideas to streamline workflows, automate processes, and boost campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Account Engagement; demonstrated ability to manage campaigns, automations, and eCommerce platforms.
• Proven experience in executing eCommerce and digital marketing strategies to drive leads, revenue, and engagement.
• Analytical mindset; proficient in collecting and acting on marketing and eCommerce data.
• Strong project management capabilities: adept at managing multiple initiatives and collaborating across functions.
• Familiarity with digital marketing technologies (SEO, SEM, social media, mobile).
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM and SAP systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Possess essential skills/attributes, including outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
