This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of product launches and promotional campaigns through effective project management of timelines, creative deliverables, and advertising media.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, finance, and ecommerce agencies.

• Manage the product catalog, SEO, and scorecard tracking for share of voice and keyword competition.

• Target and optimize AMS and DSP advertising campaigns.

• Oversee budget allocation to meet ROAS objectives and assess conversion funnel metrics and profitability.

• Update consumer touchpoints, including Brand Store and PDP pages, for promotional activities and new product introductions.

• Manage modifications to existing product pages.

• Enhance performance and carry out competitive assessments using weekly campaign reports and post-campaign evaluations.

• Work alongside Retail Analytics to plan and evaluate marketing execution ROI, focusing on channel sales, traffic, industry data, and spend optimization.

• Act as a liaison with client partners at the management level and oversee initiatives with an emphasis on timeliness and efficiency.

• Execute the setup of new product SKUs.

• Assist in forecasting and executing budgets, including SOWs, POs, invoices, and identifying budget risks.

• Develop and implement project management frameworks with clients and supporting tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.

• 4–6+ years of experience in digital or Ecommerce marketing.

• Prior experience with Amazon is essential.

• Strong understanding of marketplace models, including 1P vs 3P listings and Buy Box dynamics.

• Experience in content management on major e-tailer websites via Amazon Vendor Central.

• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Store and similar tools from other e-tailers.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to shared product listings, partner data feeds, vendor catalogs, and self-service ticketing platforms.

• Proficient in budgeting and billing reconciliation.

• Proven thought leadership and relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across various product lines concurrently.

• Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

• Ability to adapt to changing expectations in a deadline-driven, rapidly evolving work environment.

• Strong professional communication, customer service, and leadership capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a technical work setting under uncertain circumstances.

• Capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while being open to feedback and collaboration.
