This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.
• You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by transforming site visitors into customers through funnel optimization, experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and AI-enhanced user experiences, with the long-term aim of taking ownership of the complete funnel and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a specific market.
• In the initial six months, your focus will be on enhancing the visitor-to-funnel-start conversion rate across key markets. This will involve optimizing landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), and funnel entry messaging, ensuring that traffic intent aligns perfectly with the landing experience.
• At the same time, you will strive to boost the lead generation rate on top-performing paid landing pages by executing targeted A/B tests on page structure, copy, and layout, working closely with the paid marketing team to maximize performance.
• Over a twelve-month period, you will introduce an AI-driven advisor for service and price discovery while also optimizing the site for LLM-driven discovery and emerging AI browsing behaviors, leveraging AI tools to enhance overall workflows and funnel efficiency.
• As you influence critical pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, you will gradually assume end-to-end responsibility for full funnel performance and Revenue per Visitor (RPV) for a designated market.
• Professional Background: A minimum of 4 to 7 years of specialized experience in eCommerce, CRO, Growth, Digital Product, or Performance Marketing roles is required.
• Track Record: A proven history of successfully enhancing the performance of landing pages, digital funnels, or conversion rates is essential.
• AI Fluency: You should actively use AI tools on a daily basis, demonstrating a genuine enthusiasm for leveraging AI technology to improve operational workflows, experimentation processes, and overall user experiences.
• Tooling Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience with key web experimentation, analytics, and behavioral analysis platforms such as GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Mixpanel, or similar tools is necessary.
• Domain Knowledge: A deep understanding of CRO methodologies, user behavior dynamics, funnel optimization strategies, and the customer decision-making process is critical.
• Cross-Functional History: Proven experience in effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Marketing, Revenue, Product, or Engineering functions is required.
• Advantageous Skills: Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO), understanding user intent, and navigating evolving AI-driven discovery ecosystems like GEO and Web MCP is highly desirable.
