This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and uphold a well-organized experimentation roadmap.
• Recognize high-impact opportunities within PDP, collections, cart, and checkout.
• Create comprehensive test briefs for developers and designers.
• Establish hypotheses and forecast revenue impact.
• Conduct quality assurance on implementations prior to launch.
• Evaluate test outcomes and determine incremental revenue.
• Share performance insights and provide recommendations.
• Convert strategy into structured tickets in Asana or Jira.
• Oversee timelines across various brands.
• Collaborate with development, design, paid, and brand stakeholders.
• Mitigate bottlenecks and prevent missed deadlines.
• Keep documentation and standard operating procedures updated.
• Ensure that experiments and site updates are executed smoothly and punctually.
• 2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, preferably with Shopify.
• Deep understanding of conversion mathematics: CVR × AOV × traffic.
• Proven experience in conducting and managing A/B tests.
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing Asana or Jira for task management.
• Capability to create clear and structured briefs for development teams.
• Strong project management skills and diligent follow-up practices.
• Proficient in analyzing GA4, Shopify analytics, and funnel metrics.
