This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Supervise and handle customer orders through the website and phone, ensuring complete accuracy.
• Organize and schedule site deliveries in collaboration with logistics and delivery partners.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, sales calls, and providing product recommendations.
• Manage and enhance the online product catalog, including listings, categories, and overall website presentation.
• Recognize opportunities to automate and optimize order processing and operational workflows.
• Confirm order details, invoices, and pricing, ensuring there are no mistakes.
• Evaluate order and delivery costs to uncover inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Prepare quotations and documentation related to sales.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Track key metrics and report on operational performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Oversee AI-driven tools and agent prompts to ensure accurate and efficient automation across order management, product updates, and customer interactions.
• At least 5 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics, or online operations.
• Proven ability to manage online sales platforms and digital workflows effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially in processing orders, invoices, and pricing.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in customer-facing interactions.
• Analytical and process-oriented, with a track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
• Proficient with eCommerce platforms, Xero, and digital tools, with a willingness to learn about construction-related products.
• Strong time management skills and dependability, including the flexibility to start early if necessary.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement in a fast-paced setting.
• A university degree in Commerce, Business, Engineering, or Construction is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and workflow automation to boost operational efficiency.
