This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete website experience, which includes but is not limited to the setup of the homepage, seasonal updates, management of meganav architecture, optimization of on-site search, handling of preorders, and filter & sort logic.
• Develop and execute a merchandising strategy for collection pages that maximizes conversions, ensuring that product placement, sequencing, and availability consistently align with current marketing campaigns and promotional schedules.
• Act as the primary contact for Fabric (or a similar dropship platform), ensuring operational efficiency in order management, fulfillment processes, inventory availability, and catalog accuracy.
• Function as a liaison between the site development and merchandising teams, ensuring that product-centric development projects are completed on schedule and meet specifications.
• Take responsibility for product metafields, Shopify metaobjects, and product tagging, maintaining clean and correctly structured data to enhance dynamic storefront features and support downstream reporting.
• Convert merchandising requirements into clear technical briefs and oversee the delivery process through quality assurance and launch phases.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to support multi-channel initiatives on the website, ensuring that the product merchandising strategy and creative elements are updated in line with the go-to-market schedule.
• Lead and implement the A/B testing strategy for the website, prioritizing experiments and assessing outcomes based on key performance indicators (CVR, AOV, add to cart, etc.).
• Frequently report on website performance metrics, including but not limited to click behavior, conversion funnel statistics, and registry engagement.
• Create and uphold best-practice guidelines for ecommerce photo and video content, working alongside creative and design teams to guarantee that visual assets comply with technical specifications and brand standards.
• 3-5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital merchandising.
• Proficient hands-on experience with Shopify, including knowledge of metafields, metaobjects, product tagging, and storefront configuration.
• Experience in managing a marketplace commerce platform such as Fabric or Mirakl.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret site performance data, analyze A/B test results, and convert metrics into actionable recommendations.
