This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of and enhance the customer journey on the website.
• Oversee Shopify updates, product launches, collections, promotions, and on-site content.
• Track ecommerce KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, traffic, average order value, customer retention, and profitability.
• Coordinate various digital marketing channels such as SEO, CRM, paid media, social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to execute campaigns that drive growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
• Analyze performance data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain product details, pricing, offers, landing pages, and essential website assets.
• Conduct proactive research on competitors, market trends, and best practices in ecommerce.
• Support CRM and email marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement and encourage repeat purchases.
• Help identify new opportunities within partnerships, affiliates, and influencers.
• Stay informed about ecommerce trends, developments in digital marketing, Shopify updates, and AI-driven tools.
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a comparable online commercial role.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, CRM, paid media, social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen with the capability to link marketing activities to revenue growth.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proactive mindset with a readiness to take ownership and propose improvements.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, international environment.
• Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO, CRM, paid media, influencer, affiliate, and social media best practices.
• Interest in AI tools.
