This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Take ownership of conversion rate optimization for Shopify storefronts, including product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, the checkout process, and the homepage.
• Conduct A/B testing and on-site experiments; oversee tools and analyze results.
• Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, encompassing upsell/cross-sell strategies, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed enhancements.
• Maintain app integrations and troubleshoot any issues related to apps, pixels, and data layers.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and implement updated imagery, copy, and user-generated content across PDPs.
• Oversee optimization of PDPs on TikTok Shop, focusing on titles, bullet points, imagery, A+ content, and category/attribute setup.
• Monitor the performance of the TikTok Shop storefront and report any issues to the larger team.
• Work with the content and affiliate teams to ensure product pages are optimized to support creator traffic.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop feature releases and communicate relevant updates.
• Assist in optimizing Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to implement updates and maintain the health of listings.
• Identify suppressed listings, content issues, or policy flags and coordinate their resolution.
• Execute end-to-end campaign sends: build, QA, schedule, and deploy using Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth and retention agency on flow strategy, focusing on hands-on implementation.
• Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and the timing of sends.
• Generate post-send reports and provide insights on performance.
• Oversee the review platform, ensuring effective review collection, moderation, and syndication processes are in place.
• Utilize AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and enhancing productivity.
• Maintain organized documentation across standard operating procedures (SOPs), app settings, and platform configurations.
• Support the launch of new channels or integrations as the business expands.
• ***Must-Have:***
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a DTC ecommerce role; you are well-acquainted with Shopify.
• Hands-on proficiency in Klaviyo: you've created campaigns, managed flows, and generated your own reports.
• Experience with TikTok Shop in some capacity, even if you weren't the primary owner.
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing updates, A+ content, and troubleshooting suppressed listings.
• Comfortable navigating the Shopify app ecosystem: you understand existing tools, their interactions, and how to troubleshoot when issues arise.
• Possess a CRO mindset: you consider the customer journey beyond individual tasks.
• Detail-oriented and focused on execution; you deliver results, follow up, and ensure completion.
• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners.
• ***Nice-to-Have:***
• Experience with a beauty, wellness, or CPG DTC brand.
• Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-related ecommerce (e.g., TikTok Shop affiliates, LTK, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template modifications.
• Experience with tools like Elevar, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/analytics platforms.
• Comfort in extracting and interpreting data using Google Sheets or Looker.
