This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of optimizing conversion rates across the Shopify storefront, including product detail pages (PDPs), collection pages, checkout process, and homepage.
• Conduct A/B testing and on-site experiments; oversee tool management and analyze results.
• Oversee the Shopify app ecosystem, which includes upsell/cross-sell features, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and tools for site speed.
• Maintain integrations and resolve issues involving apps, pixels, and data layers.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and implement updated visuals, copy, and user-generated content (UGC) across PDPs.
• Manage PDP optimization for TikTok Shop, focusing on titles, bullet points, imagery, A+ content, and category/attribute setup.
• Track performance of the TikTok Shop storefront and communicate any issues to the wider team.
• Work with the content and affiliate teams to ensure product pages are tailored to support creator traffic.
• Stay updated on TikTok Shop feature releases and highlight relevant updates.
• Assist with optimizing Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to implement updates and maintain listing integrity.
• Identify suppressed listings, content issues, or policy flags and coordinate their resolution.
• Execute end-to-end campaign sends: build, quality assurance, schedule, and deploy in Klaviyo.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth and retention agency on flow strategy, with a hands-on approach to implementation.
• Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and sending cadence.
• Generate post-send reports and provide performance insights.
• Oversee the review platform to ensure review collection, moderation, and syndication are functioning effectively.
• Utilize AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and enhancing productivity.
• Maintain organized documentation across standard operating procedures (SOPs), app configurations, and platform settings.
• Support the launch of new channels or integrations as the business expands.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a direct-to-consumer (DTC) ecommerce role, with in-depth knowledge of Shopify.
• Practical experience with Klaviyo: you have built campaigns, managed flows, and generated your own reports.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop, even if it was not your primary responsibility.
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, including listing updates, A+ content, and troubleshooting suppressions.
• Comfortable navigating the Shopify app ecosystem: you understand the available tools, their interactions, and how to troubleshoot issues.
• A conversion rate optimization (CRO) mindset: you consider the customer journey beyond just immediate tasks.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused: you deliver on time, follow up, and ensure all tasks are completed.
• Proficient in using AI tools for enhanced efficiency (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
• Effective communicator able to collaborate across functions with creative teams, growth teams, and external partners.

• Experience in a beauty, wellness, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) DTC brand.
• Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-related ecommerce (e.g., TikTok Shop affiliates, LTK, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template modifications.
• Experience with tools like Elevar, Triple Whale, or similar attribution and analytics platforms.
• Comfortable extracting and interpreting data using Google Sheets or Looker.
