This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of conversion rate optimization for the Shopify storefront, including PDPs, collection pages, checkout processes, and the homepage.
• Conduct A/B testing and on-site experiments; oversee tools and analyze results.
• Manage the Shopify app ecosystem, encompassing upsell/cross-sell, reviews, subscriptions, bundles, and site speed tools.
• Sustain integrations and resolve issues across applications, pixels, and data layers.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brief and implement updated imagery, copy, and UGC across PDPs.
• Oversee PDP optimization for TikTok Shop titles, bullet points, imagery, A+ content, and category/attribute configurations.
• Monitor performance of the TikTok Shop storefront and escalate issues to the broader team.
• Work with the content and affiliate team to ensure product pages are optimized for creator traffic.
• Keep abreast of TikTok Shop feature releases and communicate relevant updates.
• Assist with optimizing Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, and imagery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agency contacts to implement updates and maintain the health of listings.
• Identify suppressed listings, content issues, or policy flags and coordinate resolutions.
• Execute campaign sends from start to finish: build, QA, schedule, and deploy in Klaviyo.
• Partner with the Director of Growth and the retention agency on flow strategy—your role will involve hands-on implementation.
• Manage segmentation logic, list hygiene, and sending cadence.
• Generate post-send reports and provide performance insights.
• Oversee the review platform—ensure review collection, moderation, and syndication are effectively managed.
• Utilize AI tools for copywriting, content optimization, and enhancing productivity.
• Maintain organized documentation across SOPs, app settings, and platform configurations.
• Support the launch of new channels or integrations as the business expands.
• ***Must-Have:***
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a DTC eCommerce role, with extensive knowledge of Shopify.
• Practical experience with Klaviyo: you've built campaigns, managed flows, and extracted your own reports.
• Experience with TikTok Shop in some capacity, even if it wasn't your primary responsibility.
• Basic familiarity with Amazon Seller Central for listing updates, A+ content, and suppression troubleshooting.
• Comfortable navigating the Shopify app ecosystem: you understand the available tools, their interactions, and how to troubleshoot issues.
• A CRO mindset: you consider the customer journey, not just the immediate task.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused: you complete tasks, follow up, and ensure closure.
• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
• Excellent communicator capable of collaborating cross-functionally with creative, growth, and external partners.
• ***Nice-to-Have:***
• Experience with a beauty, wellness, or CPG DTC brand.
• Familiarity with affiliate or influencer-related eCommerce (TikTok Shop affiliates, LTK, etc.).
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates.
• Experience with tools like Elevar, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/analytics platforms.
• Comfortable with pulling and interpreting data using Google Sheets or Looker.
