eCommerce Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Oversee eCommerce platforms (e.g., HKTVmall), including tasks such as uploading product listings, managing pricing, executing marketing campaigns, and conducting research and data analysis.

• Support business activities and projects for assigned channels, which encompass daily order management, fulfillment, order forecasting, inventory oversight, preparation of business analysis reports, and customer service.

• Conduct customer research and competitor analysis to gain insights into the market landscape and customer needs. Assess business trends and consumer insights while evaluating current product categories.

• Your input is valued and can influence our strategic direction if it's persuasive!

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in typing in both Chinese and English.

• Fluent in Cantonese and English.

• Basic understanding of various eCommerce platforms is advantageous.

• Ability to use Photoshop and perform basic photo editing is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• A start-up mentality—collaborative with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• A self-starter who is capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player who embraces last-minute requests as a normal part of business operations.
