This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop the growth strategy for our Shopify clients by auditing performance, pinpointing friction points, and creating an improvement roadmap that drives results.
• Conduct conversion rate optimization (CRO) throughout the entire funnel: from landing pages and product pages to checkout processes, you'll design and execute tests, analyze outcomes, and convert data into actionable next steps.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships through regular check-ins, roadmap assessments, and proactive communication that keeps clients informed and confident in our services.
• Collaborate with our Shopify developers and external specialists in SEO, paid media, and CRM as needed for various projects.
• Oversee delivery for the development team, ensuring they possess the appropriate context and priorities at all times.
• Work alongside our marketing and sales teams to develop content, case studies, and pitch materials that aid in attracting new clients.
• Contribute to the evolution of our practice by offering insights on service offerings, target clientele, and distinguishing factors that set Oowlish apart in the industry.
• Extensive experience in eCommerce, with a proven history of enhancing store performance through CRO, funnel optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify or Shopify Plus: you have a deep understanding of the platform that allows for meaningful strategic discussions with both clients and developers.
• A consultative approach: you enter client discussions with a well-defined perspective rather than an open agenda.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. You are comfortable presenting recommendations, asserting your viewpoint when necessary, and fostering trust over time.
• Analytical mindset: proficient with Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools, and able to translate data into a narrative and an actionable plan.
• Self-sufficient and organized: you take ownership of outcomes, prioritize your tasks effectively, and require minimal direction on next steps.
