Ecommerce Fulfillment – Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for the operations of the Shopify store and the customer experience.

• Address discrepancies across the website, such as broken links, outdated promotions, and conflicting information.

• Standardize communication regarding shipping, split shipments, and pre-orders at all customer touchpoints.

• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.

• Implement systems and automation to minimize manual tasks and reduce customer confusion.

• Oversee the order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF.

• Handle refunds, reshipments, cancellations, and updates to orders.

• Conduct audits of the website to identify broken links, incorrect pricing, and outdated promotions.

• Provide weekly performance reports for Shopify.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in managing Shopify store operations.

• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot inconsistencies that others may overlook.

• Strong written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information.

• Practical experience in order management, fulfillment, and customer service.

• Familiarity with Shopify applications, backend systems, and troubleshooting processes.

• Proficient in building systems rather than just addressing problems.
