Ecommerce Coordinator – DTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform daily updates on the website, including product pages, landing pages, pricing, and promotional content.

• Ensure that all website content is accurate, consistent, and adheres to brand standards.

• Monitor website performance and promptly troubleshoot or escalate any issues that arise.

• Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to successfully launch campaigns and promotions.

• Execute discounts, bundles, product launches, and seasonal updates in a timely manner.

• Confirm all promotional details prior to and during the launch of campaigns.

• Manage daily e-commerce operations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.

• Track, oversee, and ensure completion of tasks across multiple teams.

• Identify any operational gaps and take proactive measures to resolve issues.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for urgent site issues or necessary fixes.

• Maintain a high level of responsiveness during campaigns, launches, and critical periods.

• Ensure a seamless and uninterrupted customer experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, **5–10 years of total work experience** in a dynamic, unstructured environment.

• Experience in DTC e-commerce operations with physical products is essential.

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or business operations.

• Demonstrated experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).

• Strong understanding of end-to-end DTC operations.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive execution mindset.

• Ability to effectively coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams.

• Highly responsive, dependable, and capable of performing under pressure during launches.

• Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Flexible availability during key campaigns or urgent situations.
