This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Take charge of the continuous enhancement of product detail pages for major retail and marketplace accounts.
• Enhance PDPs across platforms such as Sam’s Club, Costco, TV commerce, Macy’s, Kohl’s, and other marketplace channels.
• Create and refine retailer-ready titles, bullet points, descriptions, SEO keywords, image callouts, FAQ language, and product setup fields.
• Identify elements affecting product performance, including subpar imagery, unclear value propositions, poor benefit hierarchy, lack of educational content, or incomplete details.
• Enhance on-page storytelling and merchandising effectiveness to bolster product performance.
• Provide designers with briefs on necessary visual assets, including hero images, value callouts, infographics, comparison charts, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure that assets align with merchandising and conversion objectives.
• Manage content and merchandising components of item setup within retailer systems.
• Oversee retailer templates, product attributes, image submissions, PDP copy fields, asset uploads, setup trackers, and post-launch evaluations.
• Audit live pages to verify content accuracy, compliance, and optimization quality.
• Maintain weekly performance trackers that document updates, launch timelines, and resultant performance impacts.
• Monitor enhancements in product page performance and track KPI progress across various channels.
• Collaborate with sales operations, design, account management, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure PDPs are both accurate and optimized.
• Assist in the implementation of optimization initiatives across active digital accounts over time.
• 3–6 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, marketplace management, digital shelf strategy, retail content, or PDP optimization.
• Robust experience in PDP copywriting and marketplace content optimization.
• Proven experience collaborating with designers or creative teams.
• Familiarity with tracking SKU-level performance and performing basic performance analysis.
• Previous experience in beauty, personal care, home, textiles, bedding, or related consumer categories is preferred.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Sam’s Club, Costco.com, Walmart, Target, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Amazon, Mirakl, DSCO, CommerceHub, or Scene7 is preferred.
• This role is available for candidates located in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
