This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee client accounts and collaborate with media and content leaders to ensure effective and strategic management of all client accounts.
• Design and deliver strategic presentations and business reviews for clients, integrating insights from various disciplines related to their business goals and providing informed, well-researched recommendations for future endeavors.
• Foster client trust by guiding them on achieving success across all aspects of Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Develop a roadmap for new work streams and oversee several projects with internal teams to proactively advance the account.
• Collaborate with sophisticated clients to implement marketplace strategies and growth initiatives, which include developing brand strategies, marketing and promotional plans, quarterly business reviews, resolving client escalations, and managing general Amazon business operations to ensure ongoing growth and operational excellence.
• Comprehend client requirements and consult with them holistically to achieve optimal results both on and off Amazon and other marketplaces.
• Act as the internal advocate for your client, monitoring team progress on task completion and communicating updates with the client, while regularly reviewing their Amazon account and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with sales, retail, media, and creative teams to enhance revenue and improve client satisfaction.
• Manage all client meetings, presentations, and documents, including collaboratively creating decks, taking client call notes, and sharing recaps, action items, and priorities with clients.
• Lead communications and manage client expectations and priorities as necessary, ensuring that trust is fostered as a team with the client.
• Utilize Amazon’s data and your knowledge of Podean’s customers to guide both new and existing clients through business reviews and regular client sessions.
• Take the initiative in assisting clients to solve challenges and issues they face, employing creativity and collaboration in our solutions.
• Stay informed about all developments related to Amazon and communicate updates, changes, and new opportunities to clients.
• After establishing a solid Amazon foundation, collaborate with clients to innovate both on and off the platform.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media, eCommerce, or marketing.
• Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape, including advertising, retail, and knowledge of Amazon’s tools, mechanisms, and programs.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on aligning business goals, creating strategic plans, and executing to exceed objectives.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, from entry-level staff to managers, with tailored messaging for diverse audiences.
• Highly responsive, organized, and detail-oriented, possessing excellent project management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity while maintaining accountability.
• Capability to multitask across various priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools essential for client and team success.
