This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Conduct sales and provide support for off-the-road tires to dealers and end-users within the designated market.
• Oversee current dealer and end-user accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities.
• Engage in face-to-face sales with new channel partners/distributors and facilitate cross/up/repeat sales with existing channel partners/distributors in Texas and Oklahoma.
• Sustain and enhance existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services, and/or solutions.
• Create and present product demonstrations, sales proposals, and presentations to channel partners/distributors, and may also provide training to channel partner/distributor sales personnel on product usage and sales strategies.
• Manage relationships with channel partners/distributors effectively.
• Maintain accurate tire forecasting for end-users.
• Administer OTR tire pricing within the authorized limits to support the success of the business unit budget.
• Analyze and report on customer retention, business opportunities, and market trends.
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with 4 years of commercial sales experience OR a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% with varying weekly schedules.
• Must be capable of safely operating a full-size 4WD pickup truck and working independently in field settings.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry tools and equipment weighing up to 10 lbs for extended durations, occasionally lift items up to 25 lbs, and rarely lift up to 50+ lbs; push/pull carts or equipment as needed.
• Must safely utilize manual and powered tools, wear necessary PPE, and perform hands-on tasks in industrial/mining environments, including standing, walking, and working under varying weather conditions.
