Earned Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze SEO/GEO, content, citation, and distribution metrics to uncover trends, challenges, and opportunities.

• Transform data into coherent recommendations and narratives for clients and internal teams.

• Deliver performance insights, reporting, and strategic analysis to Client Success and other client-facing teams.

• Assess potential reasons for performance fluctuations and determine the most compelling narrative.

• Utilize discernment and analytical thinking in escalated or high-priority client scenarios.

• Assist with queue tasks and other Value Team requirements as priorities evolve.

• Collaborate with Client Success, Editorial, Product, Marketing, and Distribution teams.

• Enhance internal frameworks, workflows, and the manner in which Stacker conveys its value.

• Create or refine AI-assisted workflows to increase the efficiency and scalability of analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in SEO, organic growth, data science, or a related discipline.

• Strong grasp of SEO and content performance within publisher or earned media contexts.

• Familiarity with GEO and AI search technologies.

• Proficient in working with performance data and deriving insights from it.

• Capability to convert complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Good judgment, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced setting.

• Nice to have: background in content distribution, digital PR, or earned media measurement.

• Nice to have: experience with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

• Nice to have: experience in building dashboards, extracting insights from various sources, or utilizing AI tools to expedite analysis.

• Nice to have: experience in startup or agency environments.
