Early Careers Talent Attraction Specialist – South Africa

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Execute comprehensive recruitment activities for assigned Early Careers campaigns, closely collaborating with Recruiters and client stakeholders.

• Take ownership of candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth progression of applications while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

• Evaluate applications, perform structured assessment scoring, and create high-quality longlists that meet hiring criteria.

• Oversee recruitment assessments, such as psychometric testing, video interviews, and candidate advancement at each stage.

• Provide timely, precise, and engaging communication to candidates, addressing inquiries and keeping them updated throughout their experience.

• Manage Reasonable Adjustments and other compliance-related tasks to guarantee a fair and inclusive recruitment process.

• Generate recruitment reports, track campaign progress, and proactively identify pipeline risks or areas needing attention.

• Maintain accurate recruitment systems, documentation, and tracking tools to facilitate effective campaign execution.

• Foster collaborative relationships with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and broader stakeholders to ensure successful hiring results.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the wider Talent Attraction team as needed.
